邵阳市通达汽车零部件制造有限公司前身为邵阳市汽车零件厂，成立于1969年，是中国汽车工业总公司定点生产汽车减振器和汽车支撑气弹簧的专业化企业，湖南省先进企业，是一家专业生产汽车用支撑气弹簧的中型民营企业（2003年转型改制），2006年底已经形成280万支的生产能力，在国内同行中排名。 公司目前的主要产品是ZQ18、ZQ20、ZQ25系列汽车支撑气弹簧，S30、S40、S50系列汽车筒式减振器，摩托车减振器及坐椅调角器，尤其是汽车支撑气弹簧，因开发早，且技术水平在国内处于地位，已被机械部标准化所定为标准起草单位。2000年已通过ISO9002国际质量体系认证（见证书）。2004年8月已通过ISO/TS16949国际质量体系认证。目前跟二汽东风集团的中法合资公司神龙汽车公司配套ZX T53 B53的后门支撑气弹簧，跟上汽通用五菱汽车股份有限公司配套 五菱之光、五菱扬光、雪佛兰-SPARK等车系的后门支撑气弹簧
